This policy describes how JasonHooey.Com, operated by BMP Vision LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or place an order at jasonhooey.com.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information you give us: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
When you request a custom quote, we collect the information you submit on that form, including your organization name, project details, and any artwork or photos you send us.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you move through the site.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill and ship your orders, prepare and send quotes, process payments, communicate with you about your order, prevent fraud, and improve the store. If you've opted in, we also use your email address to send occasional updates about new work and restocks. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the services needed to run the store:
- Shopify, which powers this store. Shopify's own privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors, to charge your payment method.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Production partners, where an item is produced or fulfilled on demand, limited to what's needed to make and ship that item.
- Email and analytics providers, where used.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work properly if you do.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email yourvision@bmpvision.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. We process your information to fulfill our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating the store.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Artwork and photos supplied for custom orders are kept so we can produce reorders, unless you ask us to delete them.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version is always posted on this page.
