Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jasonhooey.com and any order you place with us. The store is operated by BMP Vision LLC, based in Houston, Texas. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and accuracy

We do our best to show products accurately, but screens vary and garment colors, textures and fits can differ slightly from photographs. Apparel sizing varies by brand and style, so check the size details on the product page. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability, and to limit or cancel quantities.

Pricing and quotes

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Written quotes for custom work are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After that, pricing may need to be revisited, since blank and decoration costs move.

Orders, payment and deposits

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order. Custom orders are invoiced with a deposit and a balance due. Production begins once the deposit is paid and artwork is approved. The balance is due per the terms stated on your invoice. See our refund policy for how deposits are treated if an order is cancelled.

Custom work and artwork approval

For custom orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval before production. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully — spelling, names, numbers, colors, placement and sizing. Once you approve a proof, that's what gets produced, and errors present in an approved proof aren't grounds for a refund or reprint.

Printed and embroidered results can vary slightly from an on-screen proof. Color matching is done as closely as the process allows and is not guaranteed to be exact unless a specific match has been agreed in writing.

Artwork you supply

If you send us logos, images, names or other artwork to reproduce, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it, and that reproducing it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You agree to hold us harmless from any claim arising from artwork you supplied. We may decline any job where the rights aren't clear.

Our designs

Original artwork, graphics and designs created by us, along with the site's content and branding, remain our property. Buying a product doesn't transfer rights to the design on it. You may not reproduce, resell or use our original designs commercially without written permission.

Turnaround estimates

Production and shipping timelines given on the site or in a quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Vendor delays, stock shortages and carrier problems happen. If a deadline is critical, tell us up front so we can confirm it in writing before you order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access areas of it you aren't authorized to reach.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
