Processing times

Stock items ship within 1–3 business days of your order.

Custom and decorated orders ship approximately 10 business days after artwork approval. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when the order is placed — production can't begin until artwork is signed off.

Personalized photo items follow the same 10-business-day timeline, starting from the date we receive your photos.

Large orders, orders spanning multiple item types, embroidery requiring a press check, and rush timelines are confirmed on your quote. If something is going to take longer than expected, we'll tell you rather than leave you wondering.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Bulk and wholesale orders are quoted with shipping shown as its own line item, or arranged for local pickup or delivery where that makes more sense.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States. If you're ordering from outside the US, contact us at yourvision@bmpvision.com before placing your order so we can quote shipping and confirm timing.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to begin posting updates. A tracking number that isn't moving yet usually just means the carrier hasn't scanned it in.

Delays, lost and damaged packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control, and weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can all add days. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but if you catch a mistake, email us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it.
